Food Pantry
The mission of Maranatha's Food Pantry is to model the love and compassion of Jesus Christ by providing food to the hungry and needy people of Montgomery County. This mission is to be carried out by a volunteer work force and a small staff using donated food and money.
Our mission is usually short term, "stop-gap" help; long term relief is to be usually outside the scope of our mission. In all cases, modeling the loving and compassionate character of Jesus is to be as much a part of our mission as the tangible food that we give.
